Personal sessions could be just the way to get you started on your yoga journey. Costs start at $60 per person, $70 for two. Make an enquiry for a private group.

Come to my boutique Balinese-feel studio in beautiful Tauranga, where you will be warmly invited. Class sizes are small, with a maximum of 8 yogis.
Props provided. Mats available for initial few sessions if required and can then be hired for $2.00 per session.
Cost: $17 per person or $150 for 10 consecutive sessions to be used within 10 weeks.
What to wear: At Yoga for Every Body, there is no “right” outfit, because the only person you’re dressing for is you. Here, you’ll see people of all ages, shapes and sizes — which means you’ll see everything from sports bras and tank tops to long sleeves and sweatshirts. While it’s common to think that everyone is looking at you (especially when you’re new), remember that everyone here is focused on their own practice.
First time to class? Well done on making that positive step. Just arrive 5-10min prior to class to allow time to fill out the health screening questionnaire. This allows me to ensure a safe, effective class for you.

This is the first time I have regularly attended a yoga class. I am loving it. Michelle is so competent and professional, she is able to bring the best out in you and is so responsive to the individual needs of all the class members. She is a stunning communicator and really knows her work - her ability to guide and instruct with ease makes it so relaxing but also gives you the confidence to challenge yourself. I am so much more conscious now of my breathing and alignment, it's feeling great! I would highly recommend her classes to every body.
